LIMITED WARRANTY

The products have been manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards by Duncan Fiber Enterprises, LLC, hereafter known as DFE.  This Limited Warranty offered by DFE covers defects in material or workmanship in new DFE products.  This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

DFE will replace at no charge for parts, replace any part of the product that proves defective because of improper workmanship and/or materials, under normal installation, use, service and maintenance.  This warranty will remain for the lifetime of the machine with the exception:

  • The Warranty period for the motor on motorized machines is one year from the documented date of purchase.

To request warranty service, you will need to provide a description of the problem and your full contact information.  If service is required, you will need to deliver the product or the defective part, postage paid and carefully packed and insured to:
